About National Conveyor

National Conveyor Products was established in 1992 and has shown remarkable growth ever since our humble beginning. We now own our own facility in Wadeville, Johannesburg South Africa and have a branch in Cape Town which is home to our pulley manufacturing facility.

Our branch based in Cape Town was established to bring our products to the region and we then acquired a small pulley manufacturing facility and over the years have invested in upgrading machinery and quality to be South Africa’s only dedicated timing pulley manufacturer.

It has always been our aim to offer the best quality and value for money products and service to our customers and that can be seen in the top brands that we offer to the industry and over the years we have been able to continue to offer the same personalized service as the day we started.

Our vision in the future is to continue our growth plan but also to continue to add value for our customers offering the best up to date products and service available.

We import and stock a wide range of Timing belts and Poly V – Belts in sleeve form cutting to width as per standard sizes or as requested. A Wide range of Variable speed belts is held in stock along with a wide range of V – Belts and Banded V – Belts which are slit to the required number of ribs.

Flat Transmission Belting, PVC & PU Conveyor Belting is stocked in roll form for cutting to width and length as per our customer requirements. Our workshop has the capability of making belts fitted with cleats for incline applications, fitting of V – guide profiles and punching of holes for suction. We are equipped to splice up to 2000mm wide belts either in house or on site.

Round PU belting and V – Belting is stocked in various diameters and sections in roll form and can be made to size  or      supplied as is.
